Warbird Alley's
Oshkosh AirVenture
2007 Photos

AirVenture is without a doubt the world's largest aviation event. Held each July in Oshkosh, Wisconsin, USA, this event is a must-see for aviation fanatics the world over. Warbirds are always a large part of the show, and we spent a lot of time photographing the action. Here are some glimpses of the warbird scene at Oshkosh 2007.

The B-24 Liberator, once produced in the tens of thousands during WWII, is now a rare sight. This example, a recently-restored B-24A, named "Ol' 927," is flown by the Commemorative Air Force (CAF). This aircraft was formerly (and famously) known as "Diamond Lil."
